Enter the 12-digit order number from your confirmation email (e.g., BIL-2025-12345) into the input box at the top of the page and click “Start” to view your order details and available return options.

Can’t find your order ID?
Click “Find by Email” and enter your order email to retrieve order history from the past 6 months.


📦 Step 2: Select Your Return Reason

Choose from a list of return reasons (e.g., “Wrong size”, “Defective item”, “Changed my mind”).
Product quality issues may qualify for free return shipping.

Step 3: Submit & Track Your Return

Once submitted, a prepaid return shipping label will be auto-generated (PDF download available).

  • Warehouse Received

  • Refund Issued
